I started my career in executive development at a large financial services firm, and had a front-row seat to something incredible. I watched leaders use coaching to break through barriers, get ‘unstuck’, create opportunities from challenges, and make real, lasting change. I learned how leaders, when at their best, create a positive ripple effect, uplifting everyone around them. This experience lit a spark in me - a passion for facilitating personal and professional growth that I've realized through my work at some of the world’s most successful organizations.

My approach draws on my years in the field, combined with my academic training in organizational systems and behavior, to effectively bridge theory with practical application.
